Also Rod Price lead guitar for Foghat was a hell of a slide player. I saw them three different times back in the 1970s. I was a Foghat kinda guy.

I and he were in France shortly before he died but I did not know he was there, I would have sought him out if I had known

My old girl friend (NOT current wife) can be heard belting out a couple of whistles on their first ‘Live!’ album...she also caught the drummer’s towel at the end of the show (Syracuse War Memorial).
