FROSTPROOF, Fla. - A 26-year-old man with 230 felony charges to his name is behind bars and accused of brutally murdering three fishing friends in Frostproof, the sheriff announced Wednesday. Two other suspects were arrested, and officials said it all stemmed from an argument over a truck.
On Wednesday morning, Sheriff Grady Judd announced three people had been arrested in the Friday night murders of 23-year-old Damion Tillman, 30-year-old Keven Springfield, and 27-year-old Brandon Rollins.
The suspects were identified as 26-year-old Tony TJ Wiggins, his girlfriend, 27-year-old Mary Whittemore, and his brother, 21-year-old Robert Wiggins.
Judd said TJ alone has a criminal history of 230 felony charges, and has regularly been arrested from the time he was 12 years old.
"I didn't stutter. He has 230 charges in his arrest history. Fifteen convictions and two times to state prison at only 26," Judd said. "He's a thug, he's a criminal. He's pure evil in the flesh. He's wild and he's out of control."
Before the triple murder, Robert had one misdemeanor arrest and Mary had no prior criminal arrests.

And you know this how?
You are blessed, indeed!
Thanks for posting those links. Good work by the police.
Still sad for the victims and their families, though.
I am psychic.
me too, and i’m seeing that you are full of it.
Something tells me that our "Current justice system" will be going through an evolution, one way or the other, in the next year or two.
I’m surprised the killer/thug didn’t run for office as a democrat mayor...
He has the resume for much higher demoKKKrat office.
Yes you can.
And FWIW, that's why the death penalty is needed.
Give them the chance to make their peace with God before exectuing them, and then remove them from society so more innocent people do not have to have their lives destroyed by the likes of them.
Some people look at the death penalty as people wanting revenge, when in reality, it's sometimes the only thing that will protect society from the irredeemable.
An idiot....would fit.
“Yes you can.”
Perhaps it is possible. But not from the prospective of a prison guard. I have no idea how such a process is initiated. But my impression is the state does not want to have permanent wards. Keeping people locked up costs about as much as you would spend per year sending your kid to Harvard.
Shortly after I moved to Tallahassee, a man who was no stranger to the police called 911 and told them he was going to cut his leg off and to send an ambulance. While on the phone he cranked up a chainsaw and cut his leg off. The family had wanted him Baker acted and had tried without success for years. When the media asked the Sheriff’s spokesman about it, as I recall, he said something like, “If we take them in there’s always an argument over who is going to pay for it. The Sheriff’s office doesn’t have it in the budget and nobody else does either, so we don’t do it.”
My fear was it was a reprisal for the sheriff’s video warning rioters to stay out of polk county.
Im grateful to have been wrong.
A tragedy none the less.
Somebody who has accumulated 230 felony charges by 26, probably is not quite right in the head, and has extreme issues with anger and impulse control.
Prison hell! Why can’t we just kill these rabid dogs? They are absolutely no use to anyone. It is not cruel to kill them. It is smart.
This makes me sick.
I love that he did not say “alleged” killers. Just said what they are.
“...resume help...”
Yeah, I bet that’s a real laugh riot.
Must be the “Wiggins” name. We had some near here sixty five years ago. When I got on the bus as a little kid, he got on the bus and I never saw such evil in a person.
His little brother raped and murdered a girl and he spent most of his life in prison.
“...resume help...
Yeah, I bet thats a real laugh riot.”
1.So, what did you do?
2.I, like, rob $shit, man.
1.What did you do with it?
2.I like, pack it up and sell it to other stores, man.
1.So, you were in packaging, logistics and wholesale?
2.Uh, yeah.
