I am seeing more of this sort of headline;
Hysteria Over Trump Not Accepting Election Results
My mind immediately goes back to the 2016 presidential debates when the same question was in vogue. At the time it had not occurred to ask Hillary Clinton if she was American enough to accept the outcome of the election because no one envisioned Donald Trump winning.
Thinking about this in a satirical manner coupled with facts became interesting. I propose this story for entertainment but it's closer to reality than you may think.
The players :
President Donald J. Trump
President-Elect Joe Biden
A Commissioned Officer
An enlisted Marine guard
The scenario :
On November 3, 2020, Joe Biden becomes president-elect as a result of the Electoral College vote.
On January 20, 2021 President-Elect Joe Biden takes the oath mandated by the Constitution.
"I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, to protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."
President Joe Biden enters is new home at the White House and encounters an entrenched Ex-President Trump ordering the Officer to have the Marine guard remove Joe Biden.
A statute also requires Commissioned military personnel to take an oath.
"I solemnly swear, that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion: So help me God."
The oath for enlisted military personnel repeats the preceding affirmation,
"I solemnly swear, that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same,
(with this addition to the oath)
I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."
The subtle distinction between the officer’s oath and the enlisted man’s oath is that officers are bound to disobey any order that violates our Constitution, while enlisted personnel are bound to obey only lawful orders and do not have to distinguish between constitutional and unconstitutional orders. The constitutionality of the order is the job of the Officer, not the enlisted man.
In this scenario, the Officer tells the president that his order is unconstitutional because he is no longer Commander-in-Chief. The Officer then orders the Marine guard to remove Donald Trump and the guard will because he has received a lawful order.
Thing is...he knows so much about how corrupt this country has become that I doubt he’d stay quiet.
Trump knows that when he leave office, what happened to General Flynn will be nothing compared to the demoKKKrat sanctioned criminal persecution that will be unleashed on him.

The hysteria being generated about Trump refusing to accept the election results is a strong indication that the Democrats are sensing that they will lose and intend to not accept the election results.
I think your theory could be correct
If he loses, he will ensure the best transition ever. He will be a gentleman. And he will leave the Whitehouse early. My guess is he and his family hate the small, old accommodations.
Exactly. When Trump leaves office, the New York AG and probably others will immediately begin efforts to literally imprison him. If a Democrat President comes in, they will also.
And at that point, the cold civil war will have to go hot.
If, by chance, Biden should be awarded the Presidency Former President Trump should transfer all his holdings to Singapore immediately, and reside in Switzerland.
Should he stay in the US he would be subjected to unending persecution. He did his very best to save the Country, now let the people suffer that for which they voted.
This is not the country of my youth 80 years ago and many, now, say it isn’t worth saving. It isn’t going to get any better. For those who think things will suddenly be transformed into the land of milk and honey, rainbows and lavender scented unicorn farts you are in for a rude awakening.
I am not a fortune teller but long term perspective gives an indication of the direction the country is headed.

If Trump loses, The first order of business for the President’s advisory committee(Biden will have no input) will be to arrest Donald Trump who will then commit suicide in his cell.
Democrat cities report their counts after the rest of the population has been counted so the Democrat vote counters know how many votes to add. A number of jurisdictions in previous elections reported more votes than there were eligible voters and at least a couple reported more votes than living residents and the vote ratios were like 90% Demopcrat. All these results were accepted. Except in 1960, they were not enough to sway elections.
Republicans do not protest the chicanery so it has become traditional as is the desultory complaining about it.
States like Pennsylvania are the most obvious places for the cheating as the cities are Democrat and the rest of the state is Republican with an actual majority of Republican votes in the state offset by the vote factories in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.

I have seen this charade repeated dozens and dozens times in on-line forums like Quora and Reddit - Each writer mimicking like parrots this theme. As if they are projecting their own (lack of) morals and (lack of) ethics and (lack of) respect for the law onto the “one they have been trained to hate.”
