I had hoped he could get us out of this mess that he let Fauci lead us into, but “masking” sure isn’t the way to do it. I think a lot of people who were looking to him for leadership are just going to say the heck with it and not bother to vote.

He’s not going to “lose a lot of votes” by urging people to take precautions. He already has the q tards and the nut vote so I doubt it will effect anyone who was already going to vote for him. And it will likely gain votes because most people think it’s a good idea.
