Trump has not accepted defeat. He is convinced that the USA has not yet passed the point of no return in its descent into decadence and destruction.
He is convinced that America can have a renewed ascendancy. He believed it so firmly that he was willing to risk everything--a considerable amount in his case--to save his beloved America from decadence and destruction.

From the contents of your post, clearly you are referring to the Biblical God. If what you are saying is true, people who lived before the advent of Christianity or where it did not reach must have had all the problems you described.
But we know even primitive and uneducated people could exhibit a high level of morality telling them right from wrong. Even a young child knows when he did something he knew is wrong.
And how do you account for those who proclaim a belief in the Biblical God but who behave badly or even commit the very objectionable things you mentioned? People like to say “man is a fallen creature” as a excuse without even realizing it implies God’s creation is inherently flawed and defective.

People are flawed, sinful and hypocritical. With Christianity we can be forgiven for our sins and hopefully reason will also correct our mistakes and shortsightedness.
Yes, even the Christians are not looking like Christians anymore. Hopefully, they will come back to their true faith and their sins forgiven.
Amen, we all have to humble ourselves as well as “treat others...” which is a “work” that some Christians think they are immune from due to “grace” while treating others like crap because they have “grace” (Or think they do).

Forgiven or not, that is irrelevant to the point I was making that even a belief in the Biblical God does not mean the end of social ills as you assert in the title.

Well, I have to respectfully disagree. In short, I think Christianity provides a good morality as opposed a nihilism of the left. As well, Christian morality was better than pagan customs of killing unwanted babies, and the horrific customs of the Romans, e.g., lining the streets to Rome with crucified bodies. So I think Christianity superior than most other moral systems, especially in regarding people as having dignity and equality: by rid the west of slavery and allowing women the right to vote.
