Q uses the sly moniker “MSDNC” as a snarky way of targeting the fake news media [MSNBC, MadCow, Moanin Joe].
Maybe it isn’t the media outlet at all.
Maybe it is actually pointing to the [evil?] relationship between the DNC and Bill Gates/MicroSoft?

If the speculation that Shipp is a deeply planted DS agent is true, then that’s a huge amount of expended ammo.
Side note: I’ve tried to create a Twitter account. It was suspended after 1 post. I tried a couple more times. Suspended after 0 posts.
2d topic speculation: If the covid-19 hoax shutdown fails, what will the DS do next? Are they running out of ammo? Do they have something WORSE in their arsenal? A worse disease? A violent event? I’m confident the Q team are many steps ahead of the DS and have countermoves to their next event. I just think we patriots ought to be prepared/anticipating this.
I’ve heard some speculation that once POTUS wins re-election that the pandemic will be over, the DS will give up, the DS will know that they’ve lost. I’m not buying that. Why not? Because they didn’t give up after the 2016 election. Instead, they ramped up into high gear trying to take down POTUS and destroy the US. IMO this is a fight to the death.
