I'm sorry, but conservatives have drawn and re-drawn lines in the sand so many times that they don't realize they've fallen off the cliff that was once behind them. It’s clear that the Denver cops were “only following orders” with their passivity. Sadly, in the future, they may be “only following orders” when they take “active measures” against us. DON’T DOUBT THAT.

For forty-some years, it has been settled case law, at the USSC level, that the police have ***no*** responsibility to protect any one individual outside of a ‘special relationship.’ The police have no responsibility to stop an assault, robbery or even a murder occurring right in front of them. Ms. Malkin won’t even be able to sue them.

They should have disobeyed such an order. I’m just not real upset about the poor police. I think in a lot of cases they are part of the mob action, and just going through the motions of law enforcement. Fake law enforcement.
