Hollywood and the entertainment industry have been pushing left wing politics for years.
Now the monster they created is coming for them.
Woke culture is taking over and many white actors and directors suddenly find themselves unable to find work in the industry.
Many of them are panicking and still not realizing they are partially responsible for this.

A new wave of what has been termed by some as anti-white prejudice is causing writers, directors and producers to fear they will never work again. One described the current atmosphere as ‘more toxic than Chernobyl’, with leading actors afraid to speak out amid concern they will be labelled racist…
Speaking on condition of anonymity, the executive confirmed that the climate is now toxic for any ‘white, middle-aged man in showbusiness’. Their careers, ‘are pretty much over’.
They continued: ‘We’re only hiring people of colour, women or LGBT to write, star, produce, operate the cameras, work in craft services. If you are white, you can’t speak out because you will instantly be branded ‘racist’ or condemned for ‘white privilege’.
They did this to themselves. What did they think was going to happen?

Uh...if you’ve got something on the ball sell it to someone or start your own thing. That’s what white guys do. That’s what they’ve always done. Before you know it everyone else is banging on the door scram in to be let in.

Also, gay people, every single show. I have also noticed more commercials featuring gay couples.
Now, POC every place. No White people, unless they are "gay". I find that the writing in a lot of these shows is deficient. Another victim of "diversity".
I've not seen a breakdown of the racial numbers across the various technical fields that are necessary behind the cameras. I am willing to guess that writers rooms will be a particularly tough nut to crack. The reason has nothing to do with race per se. Writing involves dialect and idiom, and that is very tricky. Can a New Yorker write Georgian or Texan? Can a Klingon write Romulan? The worst mismatches I can think of are the fiascos that sometimes occur when tv shows try to write for people of faith. The utter lack of ability to write convincing conservatives also shows up.
Some brave, enterprising person needs to start WET: White Entertainment Television. After all, Blacks have BET, so what’s the difference?
It would never be allowed, but it would be fun to watch the exploding heads of the left. They would be forced to own their racism and hypocrisy
Liberals have long acted as if they thought that what they are trying to inflict on us would never affect them.

Small employers, people who do real work, don’t have time for diversity social justice BS. I don’t get paid a ton, but my work environment is 4 men in a shop, too busy making quality parts and competing in a marketplace making money to worry about feminine drama. I’d love to see my boss’s reaction to anyone wanting me fired for some social media transgression.
