To a certain extent, Hollyweird has been the face America presents to the rest of the world. All that insincere virtue signaling on simplistic narratives that don’t actually affect the oligarchs or more importantly Chinese bottom lines? Uh huh, that’s the gun they have pointed at the powerless to avoid calling out the powerful using slave labor to produce fashion, electronics, and pharmaceuticals, while simultaneously enabling developing world land grabs by endlessly advocating open borders. But hey, I guess they might instead have been thinking that someone has to clean, cook, and tend the gardens and children in their neighborhoods. Who can say?
