The left is panicking because black Americans are abandoning the Dem party. They want division back and some of their efforts are so over the top its laughable. However, it's designed to divide. "Together we stand" so they are frantically trying to create racial discord.

Sounds like a good class action suit for a “hostile work environment.”
A culture that reaches back 5,oo years is inherently superior to one that reaches back only 150 years.
Just a dozen disenchanted white city-employees could bundle up a lawsuit, and put the city at risk for a $25-million situation. The city lawyers should have stood up and said something about this, but these political ‘bosses’ in the city probably just failed to heed the advice.
Here’s the factor about demographics in Seattle...whites make up 65-percent of the city, with Asians in the number two spot at 14-percent. Blacks only make up 7-percent of the city population. My humble guess is that if you forced the city to announce ethnic composition of city employees...blacks would probably make up less than 4-percent of the force, and Asians might make up a quarter of of the city staff.

That’s the problem. The right is just normal people living normal lives. They are not driven by some insane ideology. They just want to live life. And they are up against people that would do anything to impose their way of life.

If your employer makes you take whiteness or whit priv training, file an EEOC discrimination complaint, and then sue the $hit out of them. Race is a protected class, and workplace trainings shall not diminish any race status especially in front of peers. Libs love this tactic so feel to throw it back at them.
