Sounds like a good class action suit for a “hostile work environment.”

Just a dozen disenchanted white city-employees could bundle up a lawsuit, and put the city at risk for a $25-million situation. The city lawyers should have stood up and said something about this, but these political ‘bosses’ in the city probably just failed to heed the advice.

Here’s the factor about demographics in Seattle...whites make up 65-percent of the city, with Asians in the number two spot at 14-percent. Blacks only make up 7-percent of the city population. My humble guess is that if you forced the city to announce ethnic composition of city employees...blacks would probably make up less than 4-percent of the force, and Asians might make up a quarter of of the city staff.

That is not strong enough. Lets call these “whiteness training classes” what they are, BLATANT ANTI-WHITE RACISM. Whites are being told that they are intrinsically flawed, that they are defective by birth. That their presence in the workplace and society is offensive to other groups and must be corrected. They are being forced to publicly admit that this is true or risk losing their jobs. ALL of this because of their race. What else could this possibly be called but racism? What other group has to or would have to put up with any of this?
