This particular configuration is indeed the easiest to discover in experiments. That's true. As a matter of fact, I demonstrated the generation of a tetraquark to my daughter last week, using a setup I made on the kitchen counter.

Physics was easier when I was in high school before they discovered all of this. (It was even easier because our textbooks were about 25 years old. At least they were printed after the discovery of gravity.)
