She was wrong. Her father was right. He tried and lost his daughter to the wrongful influences of our corrupt society. He should forget about her and move on to associating exclusively with people who try to do what’s right.
We shouldn’t indulge in the criminal’s argument that everyone does evil deeds. To allow society to reflect the evils (e.g., today’s television) is to wallow in the filth and resulting misery. Instead, we should focus on ideals and try to improve.
The early 1960s television series depicting good families were right. Today’s television is wrong and has sunk to promoting wrongfulness.

Back in the 70’s we had a friend who worked at a plant for Kodak developing, daily he would bring some pics that were funny to check out, but also occasionally sick. Got to be old rather quickly.
