A woman suspected of intentionally coughing on a baby at a San Jose, California frozen yogurt shop has lost her job with the Oak Grove School District. She was a teacher.
We do not tolerate conduct from any employee that compromises any childs safety, Oak Grove superintendent Jose Manzo said in a statement.
The San Jose Police Department is still investigating the incident.
In an initial statement, Manzo said the district was aware of an incident allegedly involving one of our employees who was videotaped coughing on a baby. We do not tolerate conduct from any employee that compromises any childs safety, he said. The employee is currently off of work and not providing any services to our District students.
The woman was not named in the statement, but people were able to identify her through online investigation. A petition to fire her and remove her teaching license received over 15,000 signatures as of Monday morning.
According to KPIX 5, the woman was upset that the woman with the toddler in a stroller was not maintaining social distancing from her. The two had some kind of a tense conversation, where the suspect can be seen taking off her mask, bending down to eye-level with the toddler, and coughing several times.

Oak Grove School District won’t have to worry about this middle age teacher trying to pick up a 13 or 14 year old and have an affair with
I believe this woman may be racist because the family in front of her is white, Mora said. Me and my grandma are Hispanic and she started telling me about my distance and harassing me and my son once I started speaking Spanish to my grandma.
Isn’t that considered assault? Bitch is lucky she didn’t get knocked out.
Cancel culture is evil.
What about AOC blowing bubbles at a child ?
One less indoctrinator.
Thats disgusting.
My sister takes a BP medication that makes her cough. We were in a restaurant when she started coughing. She covered her mouth but in that delicate female way. I saw other patrons looking as it can go on for a while. I suggested she make it overtly obvious she wasn’t coughing on anyone.
Incidentally, there was a sign at the door saying the deputies were dropping in at random in an attempt to find a reason to shut them down.
Wow, schools have finally found a way to cancel the vagina card.
Angry , rude woman.
But I still think cancel culture is evil.
Fine her, arrest her etc. but this cancel crap is awful.

Seems like it would have been easier to break the teeth out of her stupid koolaid-swilling mouth when she started to bitch about the distancing, but maybe that's just me.
I imagine that there are a lot of kids breathing a sigh of relief that this hag has lost her license. She looks like someone that should NOT be teaching....
Appears deliberate.
Release the hounds.
The KEY here is that A TEACHER did this to a BABY!
I'm just as big an ANTI-CANCEL-CULTURE person as any other FReeper here but what parent would want this vile thing teaching their children? The school had no choice but to fire her.

Just STOP with the racism crap already.
Karen gets fired for being Karen
Id think that once she was arrested, the school could proceed from there. But, to publicly berate and bully is wrong.
Karen can’t stand to not know what people are saying. I had a GF once who would get irate if she heard people speaking in a foreign language.
