Wearing a face mask outdoors in New Jersey will now be required by law, Gov. Phil Murphy said.
Murphy appeared on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” to announce that he’ll be signing an executive order Wednesday, calling face masks “game changers,” NJ.com reported.
“They’ve been strongly recommended out-of-doors. We’re gonna turn that up a notch today and say, We’re gonna ask you: If you can’t socially distance, it’s gonna be required,” he said.

Hope everybody in Jersey enjoys wearing a mask outside in this week’s 90 F temperatures. Especially those who voted for the current dictat .... err, I mean governor.

The “outdoors” is a pretty big place.
That said, the mask order is beyond ridiculous.
Being outdoors where the UV kills the virus and the wind insures adequate dispersal, makes it virtually a no risk situation.
Making stuff like this mandatory is not about me or my health. It’s about control.

I REFUSE TO WEAR THE MASK 100% OF THE TIME. I will wear it in a store, or maybe in a crowd. But I will not wear it in Warren County where we live. They will have to scare me enough to turn my underwear brown for me to comply.
I was at Island Dragway on Sunday. They told us to use common sense with the mask. Like you saw at the horse track not too many were wearing the mask. But they were using common sense. Screw you Murphy.
When you crossed the bridge into N.J. you arrived at one of the only safe/sane places left in the state. You would be comfortable here. (unless you want to be armed)

Smart move. But some day leave your firearm at home and come have a look see at our area. Not much to do but it is beautiful. And safe.
Funny. Some guy I was talking to before the races asked me if I knew anything about her. I told him that I always avoid apprentices until they have ridden 35 winners, unless they've ridden 10 winners in the past two weeks. She's still a seven pound bug.
