What is the term and law that prohibits the stopping of cars on the streets as the rioters do?
Every definition I find seems to be restricted to police actions and not civilians.
This is posted in ChitChat.
The right to travel freely is a white racist concept.
Welcome to your Communist homeland.
“What is the term and law that prohibits the stopping of cars on the streets as the rioters do?”
Does it matter? They are allowed to go as wild in the streets as they wish.
You should do your own spell-checking instead of trusting any software spell-checker.
I think its called kidnapping.
Texting and deriving.
We are not allowed to protest their protests that are protesting us.
Trap us while we derive???
I can think of nothing worse then be trapped while deriving say the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus!
They just ask if you are a Democrat. If you say yes, it’s move along. If no, prepare to get trashed.
Could be kidnapping. Also assume there is a law against hostage taking.
Best not try that in Idaho.
It’s coming, I believe...I don’t know when or what will tip it off, but is going to happen...
Let’s start with obstruction of traffic, move on to impersonating a police officer, roll to attempted assault and intimidation, throw in extortion and false imprisonment on top of all that.
That’s the way a Federal prosecutor would work it if say, he thought you were a Trump operative and he needed to bury you. But of course they only did that to a guy who said something they didn’t like and sent 29 FBI guys in SWAT gear to arrest.
I don’t think “Whihc” made it through the spell check, though.
FR doesnt preview titles of posts...
alas.
Come on guys, this is a serious question.
What if the Original Poster wants to press charges?
I would like to know the answer too.
A response from anyone that knows will be appreciated.
Is it a misdemeanor? if so I could arrest the person under citizens arrest. Certainly I could take a cell phone picture of the guy, send it to the police and reference the appropriate criminal code.
Would you do it?
I have no intention of giving them that authority.
I doubt they'd stop you if you were deriving Jon Voight's car
