Microsoft pointed to devices or apps that use legacy file system filter drivers as the culprit... I have been living through this since 1990. The OS company blames the hardware company, the hardware company blames the program company, and the program company blames the OS, and everyone say update to the latest patch. Uh-huh...

I have not allowed any Windows 10 updates past 1903. Too problems with the updates/upgrades from 1909 to 2003.
