This is an absolutely hilarious video of two women in a convenience store who refuse to open the register for a robber. The women then leave the store and lock the door from the outside. The now-trapped crook realizes he is trapped and goes nuts trying to break out. The security bars on the windows foil him and finally the police come and nab him. All the while he is moaning that Im going to jail.
This is an oldie, but a goodie from Houston in 2017. He obviously did not think more than 10 minutes into the future when he masterminded this great caper. This was definitely not “Oceans 11” level planning. He went from badass “gangsta” to sniveling coward in record time.
Previously sentenced to 12 years in 2015.

Yeah, that one didn’t go as planned either. He stole a cash register, and then the getaway car would not start.
I remember seeing that video almost two years ago. That store is in Houston, just about 2 miles from my house. If you look at the Houston Robbery YouTube channel, cell phone stores are one of the types of places that are most commonly robbed.
I share your sentiment, although I don't have your first-hand experience with the criminal justice system.
For what it's worth; this particular criminal (John Christopher Bell) is currently in jail. He was given 5 years (plea deal) for the robbery in the video and he was also on deferred adjudication for twelve years from another aggravated robbery that occurred on July 31, 2015.
Texas Department of Criminal Justice
He has a scheduled release date of Jan 20, 2028 and is eligible for parole on Jan 21, 2022. It looks like he was sentenced in 2017 to just over 10 years for both crimes with the sentences served concurrently.
Given that he is a repeat offender, it would be great if he served the full ride until 2028, but odds are that he will be out before then, enabling him to terrorize the citizens of Houston once again.
Houston, Texas April 17, 2017
Not this idiot's first rodeo either.

Wud I DO?! Wud I DO?!!
I love wrong numbers!
Thanks for the update. I assumed that the video was recent. It’s good to know that Texas took care of business. I was born and raised in New York State, which leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to the Criminal Justice system. The one thing I do have going for me is that the county I live in, in Central New York is red.
Obviously, a raciss door.
Solid too!
Thanks
Wife and I watched and laughed at how Stoopid folks can be,
Ruthless People
Ha! Figured you were going for that one!
What happened to the charges for being a felon in possession of a firearm and the enhancements for actually firing it three time during the attempted robbery?
Hahaha
