Mild covid infection for people in good health is a GOOD thing. I think I acquired it during cruise ending on Feb 29th this year. Had a funny dry cough for 10-12 days after cruise was over. May be I am immune now.
This is a solid concept. Worked for chicken pox.
I think I did also, have not been sick in 5 years, late Dec got a really tough cold that felt more flu like for about a week with another week or so of cough only.
I was all over Florida for 2 weeks in late January. Large wedding with people from all over the country, several from NY and CA.
Almost a dozen different hotels, 3 days in Key West around the cruise ship passengers and many many elevator rides with Asians
Got home with a cough so bad I threw my back out while coughing as I was getting out of bed,
THAT took me almost 2 months to get right again
Believe I had covid 3rd week of December 2019. Worst flu, fever, and cough I can remember.
