These signs are programmable via a built-in WiFi hotspot, and often the County Road Commissions are too lazy to change the default username and password, so they are hackable by anyone within 100 ft with a laptop.
It’s a flashing sign that says Liberals are pu$$is, Trump 2020 and Don’t slow down for protesters.
