Joe Biden gave a rare public speech in his home state of Delaware today and afterwards took questions from reporters in what ended up proving to be a disastrous press conference.
Various video clips from the presser showed Biden, the presumptive 2020 Democratic presidential nominee, at times appearing out of sorts and unsure of himself. In one clip, Biden awkwardly admits he was given a list of reporters to call on by his campaign staffers:

Biden claimed it was due to “doctor’s orders” and to keep supporters safe during the pandemic, but I think the more obvious reason is the elephant in the room: The more he appears in public, the worse his campaign looks.

Oddly Trump should not debate nor denigrate Joe until he has the nomination which he will. At this point he should demand three debates agreed on. Trump should then insist the fourth debate between he and the democratic vp candidate as it is most obvious Joe will soon be most incapable of being president due to senile dementia.
Is it most odd that Joe was simply the vessel to stop Bernie. The Bernie boys and girls will be pissed off.
This afternoon I tuned to NPR for a few minutes. Per them, Biden exposed Trump’s abject failure to eradicate Covid19, and ran through all the timely actions he had advised that would have saved everyone if only Trump had been fit for office and done as told. Then they ran amok with the whole NYT lie about bounties, with lots of pearl clutching about Trump not caring about our troops, and whining that Dems and Reps were briefed separately — this was hours after the Pentagon stated there was no evidence backing the whole thing. The perfidy of these scumbags is just choking.

I thought Hillary’s 2016 campaign was ‘phoning it in,’ barely making 1 appearance a week. Biden is taking it to a whole new level.
I’m counting on the Biden campaign to come up with some reason not to have debates. If that happens, Trump should insist on showing up for them and taking the questions. Then have the moderators ask the empty Biden podium the same question, allow the 3 minutes to tick by, then move on to the next question.
Planted questions in advance. Is there no end to the corruption in the media?

You hit it exactly. The one most important note about your post is aggressiveness. This is a function of a confused patient. They go back to their basic personality though confused. If they were a benign personality it will be exhibited as such. If they were an aggressive bully it will be exhibited as such as in Joe Biden today.
As a medical professional I am most confident to say Joe has serious cognitive declines in mental acuity.
However due to 17 years in the oilfield prior to school in geology, and chemistry and pharmacy I would like to opine my pre educational opinions about Joe. In the words of the Oil Field, “He has Sh-t for Brains and is a liar.”

He undoubtedly was confusing COVID testing with cognitive testing. Even though the reporter plainly asked about cognitive decline, Sleepy Joey answered about COVID testing.
His mixing the two up is all the proof you need of his cognitive decline.
