Guess who is flying Positive COVID-19 Patients from Mexico into California to Reignite the Virus (Wave 2)?

Gavin Newsom continues to kill Californians with Covid-19 to get mail-in-voting.

First he was one of 5 Dem governors to force Covid-19 patients in to nursing homes where they could infect and kill the most people. Hey, he had to get Covid-19 numbers up to lock down the state ASAP.

‘Playing Russian Roulette’: Nursing Homes Told to Take the Infected

California, New Jersey and New York have made nursing homes accept Covid-19 patients from hospitals.

Congressmen Steve Scalise is working to hold them accountable for all the needless deaths they caused; the elderly should not be preyed upon by ambitious Governors.

"These governors are withholding information from the public and House Dems are letting them get away with it with their partisan refusal to join our investigation."

Apparently Newsom got a little self-conscious when asked to explain how he could go against well known medical advice to destroy the health of elderly Californians in rest homes. He pretended to be opening up the state on medical evidence, but if that were true he'd never have put those Covid-19 patients into rest homes.

Gavin Newsom would NEVER import Covid-19 patients from Mexico and fly them all over the state if he wanted CA to go back to work, open businesses and schools, and resume normal life. SO here's his second strategy, Newsom IS flying Covid-19 patients in from Mexico and sending them all over the state. Only when his lackeys in the MSM write it up, they make it sound like Covid-19 jumped the border without Newsom's help. Optics, you know!

Gavin Newsom is here to rule, not lead. He's not happy with the uppity attitude of Californians who see through this farce so he's cracking down on them. Enough with the attitude! Gavin says you shall kneel! Unless you're protesting or rioting - then you're needed as distraction and cammoflage for his little Covid-19 express transfers from Mexico.

Welp, Newsom was losing control of the narrative. The public had had enough of his destruction of California. Do you know this is STILL the text on his governor's home page?

California for All

The California Dream — the idea that every person can achieve a better life, regardless of where they start out — is central to who we are as Californians.  Even in a time of economic growth and record employment, too many Californians are experiencing the squeeze of stagnant wages and the rising price of building-block necessities such as housing, health care, education, and child care. We can and must reanimate the California Dream, building a California for All. https://www.gov.ca.gov/

Yes. Newsom is destroying everything Californians have built while posing in front of cameras and secretly shipping in Covid-19 patients from Mexico because he got caught killing the elderly in rest homes. Quite the dream.

Gavin Newsom is fanning Covid-19 numbers, deaths, testing, and pushing it into rest homes and throughout the state because his future depends upon mail-in voting. The Dems won't win if voting is fair. President Trump shut down their cyber operations - did you see the tweet about his administrations inroads into securing safe electronic elections in the fall. Say, that was right when Covid-19 began in China, wasn't it? Hmmmm...timing.

Gavin's got challenges though. He's testing testing testing to get those asymptomatic Covid-19 numbers up, but he's going to have a hard time killing now that he's busted sending Covid-19 to rest homes. Tough times. Tough times. Well, at least his job is "essential" eh? No need for him to worry - he can always move out of state when he's done here. He's got (our) money.

how exactly does he intend to ‘step up enforcement’ with defunded police departments distracted with rioters?

What does he care?

According to polls (believe them or not) -he has an over 90+% approval rating in the state. He’ll never be recalled. He’ll never be voted out.

Because: Demographics.

He’s driving out all productive tax-paying citizens and businesses that employ people and importing the 3rd world from Mexico as quickly as he can so they can vote Democrat in the presidential election.

Not that it matters, California is sadly solid blue.

To constitute depraved indifference, the defendant’s conduct must be ‘so wanton, so deficient in a moral sense of concern, so lacking in regard for the life or lives of others, and so blameworthy as to warrant the same criminal liability as that which the law imposes upon a person who intentionally causes a crime. Depraved indifference focuses on the risk created by the defendant’s conduct, not the injuries actually resulting.

In one case, People v Register, 60 NY2d 273, 469 NYS2d 599 (1983),while exploring the meaning of “depraved indifference recklessness” the Court of Appeals ruled that intoxication is not a defense or excuse to “depraved mind murder,” although it may be to intentional murder. Its analysis started with distinguishing reckless manslaughter from the “depraved indifference recklessness” necessary for murder:

“to bring defendant’s conduct within the murder statute, the People were required to establish also that defendant’s act was imminently dangerous and presented a very high risk of death to others and that it was committed under circumstances which evidenced a wanton indifference to human life or a depravity of mind. . . . . The crime differs from intentional murder in that it results not from a specific, conscious intent to cause death, but from an indifference to or disregard of the risks attending defendant’s conduct.” 60 NY2d at 274.
