Now where that last came from has some diggings you might find interesting. I will quote a line or two below the link:

For one, they looked what is written on those bricks in the bottom of the picture and it is: Un Niveau Seuil. "If you put that into Google translate It means "A Threshold Level." You plug that back into Google and you're taken to the European Union's European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) website."

I verfied that translation info because I didn't notice it before and I was curious when I saw some bricks also appear GOLD. Even more curious.

I do remember that their building had an uncanny resemblance to the tower of Babel. More of their symbolism. spit.
