A relation of mine asked me to post this on FreeRepublic to find out what any scientists might think of a possible low tech cure for Covid. Here is what she says:
I'm wishing for feedback regarding rudimentary low tech concepts for 1. Treatment of Respiratory Infections, 2. Immunity Development and 3. Cancer Destruction.
Background:
A free chlorine residual around 1ppm after chlorine demand is met over sufficient contact time (less than 0.05ppm indicates adverse water quality) is commonly used to ensure adequate disinfection of pathogenic viruses and bacteria in ground water. Free chlorine concentrations less than 3ppm in drinking water are safe and prevent disease. These viruses and bacteria are not all dead, they are attenuated, which means they damaged to the point that they can not reproduce or multiply. UV and ozone serve a similar purpose however they can not sustain residual disinfection afterwards. (UV and filtration is required for treatment of surface water to irradiate giardia and filter out cryptosporidium).
Rudimentary low tech concept 1:
Treatment of respiratory infections
If a concentration of free chlorine less than 3ppm in water is safe to drink, is it possible, for a prescribed short period of time, and either at prescribed intervals of a single dose, a light dose of 0.05ppm chlorine combined with air could be inhaled via a respirator to attenuate respiratory viruses such as COVID-19? This method would combat the infection at its source; the targeted time period(s) and concentration would have to ensure minimal impact to the rest of the body. Possible alternatives include irradiation of lungs with UV light and low concentration ozone. These alternatives have the advantage of leaving no chemical residue however they may not be as widely available.
Rudimentary low tech concept 2:
Immunity Development
If we mix saliva containing live viruses such as COVID-19 in clean water and add sufficient chlorine to maintain a free chlorine residual of 1ppm after required Contact Time to ensure chlorine demand has been met, this water will contain necessary attenuated viruses which can not reproduce or multiply. Could this water be consumed to safely develop immunity against the attenuated virus it contains?
A friend who has researched vaccines mentioned an adjuvant (an vaccine additive which improves immune response, typically a heavy metal) and/or emulsifier (another common vaccine additive, typically polysorbate, helps cross cell walls) may be required additives to enhance immunity development. (MS)
3. Lastly, Cancer Destruction
Targeted application of low concentrations of chlorine directly to cancer cells may also prevent cancer cell reproduction, resulting in cancer destruction.
Thank you to all who dare to research, assess and discuss these concepts in a safe, professional and collaborative way.
“Drink battery acid, but it only works on democrats.”
Would that be anything like Republicans vote on Tuesday and Democrats vote on Wednesday? (Some people believed that when I used to joke about it. Yes; they ARE that stupid.)
Listen very closely ..please! There WILL NOT be a vaccine found not now or until orange man bad is out of office!! This is the leverage the evil demonic RATS have been looking for to get rid of him in November or make his second term HELL!! I personally think come November it’ll disappear the way of the dinosaurs if Biden wins!
Asking for a friend? To post on FR?
Tell your friend if they have this, and they are not in the hospital...to relax.
BTW - There is no such thing as a “cure” except in movies. Nothing is 100% effective
No. If Biden wins more liberal states will set up quarantine of conservative states. They will use the virus as their reason for their attacks on us.
We’re on a similar regimen.
We take 1 - 2 G of liposomal Vit C, daily.
I take 30 mg Zinc w/copper and hubby takes 50 mg.
We both take Quercertin, daily...as well as a (mostly) daily glass of tonic water (w/a splash of gin, for me...and, a regular shot, for hubby :).
We also have Quinine tincture drops, that we sometimes add to our tonic water.
I know a homeopathic MD (now retired) that told us that Nux Vomica is a useful remedy for COVID.

Swallowing small amounts (one or two cap fulls) of it is even more effective, since it gets further at the back of the throat.
I was gargling with it once, and momentarily distracted I and put the cup aside on my desk, and forgot it. Later, I mistook it for water drank the full amount - a mouthful - with no ill effects.
Chlorine in the lungs reacts with lungs goo and turns immediately into sulfuric acid. No, do not do this.
Squirt bottle into each nostril. The more the better.
Pretty much the same as using a Neti pot, but H2O2 instead of H2O.

It's called herd immunity. Been around since man has.
Actually, a Neti pot with dilute hydrogen peroxide is common.
I just don’t bother diluting it. I use 3% straight from the bottle.

Karens in every state are pushing to make wearing a mask, the law. I thought masks don’t work.
Most excellent.
Where do you get quinine tincture drops? Need a prescription? Because my terrific doctor gives me prescription forms for all my vitamins, making them deductible. He was not educated in US medical schools, which are funded by BigPharma. Just saying.
We ordered them, online, back in March.
I’ll look for the brand.
We make our own tonic water, because most are too sweet/fake sugar.
Fever tree light and Q light use clean ingredients (no fake chemicals or sugars), but still sometimes too sweet, for my liking.
Here’s a link to Fever Tree Tonic...

Were pretty much on your regimen with the addition of 600mg NAC. I have some BHT on hand but havent used it...some positive statements on FR.
I think the virus enters the body through the lungs, but then gets into the bloodstream, where a dilute chlorine mist would not reach it.
Chlorine solutions are great for disinfecting surfaces, but I doubt it would be effective for treating a person with the virus circulating inside their body.
Thanks. I have a store that carries Fever Tree Tonic just 2 miles away.
