Is this guy any good as a driver?
I don’t know what he is like as a driver..But now we know someone(white person) has to educate him on how to close the garage door...ANNNNNND IT’S NOT A NOOSE,BUBBA.....Luckily white people are around to educate him....
Probably on par with Jussie Whodat as an ac
He is not the worst. I am sure there are better just waiting for a ride.
Was obunghole any good as a President?
They stand as equals in capability & character in their chosen professions...
It doesn’t matter how good a driver he is. It is all about how much money he can bring in through sponsors. There are and have been for a long time guys who bring the money with them. Guys like Menard and Gilliland just to name two have survived through for long periods of time with this system.
Their driving skills although good are just not top tier caliber.
I’ve read he sucks :)
That’s the sad part.
He is not the Venus Williams of nascar
He is now. Who is going to want to be the guy who passes and possibly wrecks the BLM car? They should just give him the championship now.
He was 4th going into the last few laps yesterday. They were ALL running out of gas, so I am not sure where he ended up.
“Is this guy any good as a driver?”
He currently is a second tier driver despite being in top shelf equipment. Not bad but generally not a contender week to week such as drivers like Hamlin, Harvic, Logano, Truax, Busch (both) and Keslowski. Having said that Bubba ran a great race at Talladega. He had a great car and keep it generally in the lead group and had a shot for a win but fell back in the closing laps.
Wallace finished 14th at Talladega. He finished 13th at Homestead. He finished 11th in his first appearance in the BLM car.
He's basically a middle-of-the-pack driver. His statistics are on par with Danica Patrick.
Sometimes, it's not the driver but the organization he drives for that determines how well he does. Wallace is the only driver for Richard Petty Motorsports. Petty is 11th place in Owner Points standing out of 24 owners.

Not very. He drives for Richard Petty, which should tell you all you need to know about how good he is. Richard was the King as a driver but is terrible as an owner.
I don't know. I saw his picture and said, "OK....where's the black guy?"
He’s mid-pack. It’s hard to tell since Richard Petty Motorsports doesn’t usually have top-tier equipment. I doubt he’d be winning consistently in, say, a Hendrick or Penske car.

No idea, the last time I gave a crap about NASCAR was in the early 90s.
