Sure is corrupt. Hillary was trafficking in state secrets off her private server, and she’s walking around free. Your daughter violated the state secrets law by leaking to the press, and went to jail. To get whistle blower protection, you need to follow the whistle blower procedure, not leak to the press. Reality Winner deliberately and without remorse leaked compartmented Top Secret information. Not accidentally, not under duress, during a medical emergency, or negligently. In that one act, she endangered any or all of the sources or methods that the government used to get the information, possibly putting heavy government investment and lives of US persons in danger. Worse for her, she did so without first formulating an escape plan to Moscow or a gaining a government appointment to a cabinet level job to use as a hedge against prosecution.
