Violation of RICO statutes? Certainly. But the reason there is no investigation and the vandalism, violence, and destruction continues is the Swamp.
Governors have absolutely no say in FEDERAL RICO PROSECUTIONS against any organization. The RICO statute is a federal statute which is enforced federal agencies and prosecutors. There is not such thing as a RICO lawsuit. The RICO statute is enforced by bringing criminal charges against individuals and organizations.

Soros gifted $18B to his foundation a few years back. I don’t recall any gift taxes reported on that nor do I recall his overtly political foundation paying taxes on anything. Where’s ‘OUR’ IRS? The Justice Department headed by William Barr has done nothing to put traitors and seditionists in prison. I don't have much confidence that arsonists will be prosecuted as they should be. AGs across the country have already given arsonists a pass by letting them out of prison. It's the PC thing to do. We're in the 4th year of this Presidency. All we get out of Barr and republicans in general is talk, talk, talk ..... President Trump, Graham, Barr and other GOP leaders have been unwilling to accuse anyone in high places of treason and sedition - let alone prosecute them. If our government was truly upholding our Constitution -- Obama, the Clintons, Biden and a midriad of others in government, media and education would be in prison and/or hung. We no longer have a constitutional republic. We have a nation that's governed by leaders who make their decisions based on what's PC or popular - but not based on law.
