Florida and Georgia FReepers - looking at the RADAR and moisture images tonight, it looks like a storm is forming off the SE coast of FL. What if anything are the weather peoples saying in FL?

Hurricane Center said this morning no new tropical cyclones expected for next 5 days.

“There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic at this time.”

I hope not. We are in Fernandina Beach, Fl and plan on going out and sailing north tomorrow. Nothing in the forecast as of now.

It is a high humidity time, good lift, and winds headed from the gulf across the state to the Atlantic. You are seeing afternoon storms blowing up nd blowing out to sea. Normal occurrence.
