This virus as a political issue is largely one taken up by the Democrat party. They are the party that is pro lockdown and pro regulation. In November many people will vote with the virus, BLM, and to a lesser extent, climate policy in mind. On these three issues the Democrat party is completely wrong. And the momentum will be in Republican favor on these issues in November even if the Democrat position appeals to many right now at the height of the issue. People will tire of the lockdowns, just as they will tire of police getting beaten up and brazen criminality.

There are a ton of late false positives (patient had disease, there is dead viral particle, it is revealed on PCR) and for the bonus — it gets counted as a case. We are not counting cases, we are counting positive tests. This is part of the unreliability of the data.
