AOC wont lose.
Besides, I think shes good for our side.
Reading some of the comments in the article, it does not surprise me that AOC has very well likely been that serious disappointment to these people. You certainly do not have to agree with them on that philosophical level, but certainly see that they do not like this person and her antics in the public eye.
OMG! Praying praying this evil commie bit(h loses!
You could see this simmering for a long time. Before she was even sworn into Congress she made herself into a national figure, and completely ignored her district. I mean, seriously does anyone in the Bronx give a sh!t about the Green New Deal? LOL.
The Amazon debacle will hurt her; this area needed those jobs instead of the McJobs that are replacing our real ones. Much of the problem here stems from high taxes (based on a past economy) paying for a system unaffordable to people in the McJob economy; it is driving skilled young people out of these states, and the replacements are low- or unskilled trafficked immigrants.
It is unsustainable; more and more current revenues are paying for employees who retired decades ago, leaving little for current services.
You can give her the “boot” but I think an old pair of golf shoes would be more appropriate in her case.
Chains Amazon out couldn’t have helped either.
Primaries are all about who has the best organization and can get their people to actually vote.
That makes primaries very unpredictable, completely impossible to poll correctly.
If a challenger gets the nuts and bolts done, they can oust one or more of these clowns.
‘’does anyone in the Bronx give a sh!t about the ‘’Green New Deal’’? LOL. Hell no they don’t. I worked in the Bronx years ago. In those tenements and older apartment buildings it gets positively stifling in the summer. Folks put air conditioners in their windows.
And the vatos want nice cars, pick up trucks and stuff. “Punta socialista, porque no talas? “Socialist whore, why don’t you shut up?’’ The people in AOC’s district are overwhelmingly Latino. They thought they were going to be getting free stuff. Now they see she’s just a communist. They want no part of that.
The irony is that she did nothing to chase Amazon out. She just hopped on a bandwagon that had already effectively chased them out. But shes going to be paying a price for it anyway.
AOC makes a decent living as a Congresscritter. If she loses she will become rich beyond her wildest dreams as a professional complainer, a female Al Sharpton.
Hope she hasn’t lost her bartending skills.
If she wins, bet she gets gerrymandered out anyway. NYS will likely lose 2 House seats. Hers will be one.
Well if she loses Id love to see her challenge Schumer!
I think she will win or lose. And weirdly I think she has a better chance at senate then her district.
Sadly with todays news the FED will be buying corporate bonds there is a lot of that I wants free stuff going around.
Thank goodness she has her old career to fall back on. Bar tending.
With three challengers she has nothing to worry about. One challenger might have been a problem though.
Besides, I think shes good for our side.

Agree but she apparently didn’t ‘listen’ to her Sr Pols inre give your constituents EVERYTHING they ask for and brag about it. After two elections and lots of giveaways, you can start showing up at the primaries with a fist full of cash and stay there for life.
OTOH She (and a few others) is the standard bearer that this country is so GREAT that ANYONE can get elected to public office.
OTHO She (and a few others) is the standard bearer that this country is so SCREWED up that ANYONE can get elected to public office.
My ‘crystal ball’ says that AOC and CC will be the next SENATORS from NY.
Then we will know that we - as a nation - are totally screwed.
