Seattle is overwhelmingly white. Most faces I see protesting are white. Even Europe is seeing “black lives matter” protests, and there are very few blacks there.
The Capitol Hill area (CHAZ) is 87% white and 3% black.
Europe has plenty of blacks; they’ve been importing them for years. In 1976 Eric Clapton was accused of racism for publicly questioning why England was bringing poor blacks to England from the Caribbean just to fill slums. France also has tons of them from the former colonies.
That is actually not true. There are quite a few Blacks in France who settled there decades ago when they left the French colonies they lived in in Africa and the Caribbean; in Belgium, which once owned the Belgian Congo (now Zaire); in the Netherlands (the Blacks there came from Surinam and the Netherlands Antilles, once Dutch colonies); and the UK (the Blacks there came from the English colonies in the Caribbean such as Jamaica and Trinidad, as well as their former colonies in Africa). In Portugal, they have Portuguese speaking Blacks from Brazil, Angola and Mozambique.
