WTH is going on with Millwy?
*************************************************************************************

From Reuters:

“My presence in that moment and in that environment created a perception of the military involved in domestic politics,” he said in a prerecorded video commencement address to the National Defense University.

Milley’s remarks followed a rare outpouring of condemnation from retired U.S. generals and even former defense secretary Jim Mattis for taking part in the event, given that the U.S. military is meant to be apolitical and is sworn to defend the U.S. constitution, which protects the right to peaceful protest.

“As a commissioned uniformed officer, it was a mistake that I have learned from, and I sincerely hope we all can learn from it,” Milley said, but stopped short of apologizing outright.

Seems to me Milley is acknowledging that the OPTICS could be made to appear bad—he’s supposed to be apolitical, but privately, he’s not really that sorry. At least I hope that’s it.

Of course the stories all talk about “protests” but what we saw were riots—riots are not protected by the constitution. If Milley had not joined the walk, then the press would have made a big deal about his “split” with TRUMP. I really dislike the presstitutes.

Of course those same generals that jumped on him, had no hesitation slamming POTUS-which is actually something someone drawing a pension from military is not supposed to do either IIRC.

Hoping it’s just part of the show.
