NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WJAR) Military and police discounts will no longer be offered at Allie's Donuts, according to a statement posted on its Facebook and Instagram pages.
"A note to the officer who profiled the Providence firefighter the other night: That is an example of terrible job performance," Allie's wrote in a story on its Instagram page Saturday. "If you were an athlete, you'd be cut from your team. If you were our employee, we would fire you immediately. But, you are a police officer. And despite being the ones responsible for protecting the law, you may be considered 'above it' & face ZERO consequences for your mistakes."

Seriously, the reason businesses give/gave police discounts wasn’t to thank them or be altruistic...........it was to encourage the police to patronize their establishments because they now that criminals shy away from police. So yeah they just might receive a great big can’t give a shit the next time they need help. Personally if I lived there and was a customer of that donut shop I would tell the owner how fed up I was with their anti cop bullshit and that they lost my business.
Dont know much about Scott. But, as for Dixon, shes bad news for Baltimore.
It was refreshing to hear Jericho Green saying how sick he was of seeing the BLM support on every business web page. He thinks its condescending and said a 2 parent household, and strong family structure, and education is the only way for blacks to make it. Throwing money at them or their community wont fix a thing
You obviously don’t know how this is supposed to work.
The police are supposed to be able to determine that the car and occupants were not involved in the reported crime by running the plates, finding out who the owner is, then perform a computer background search on the owner, then call the owner and ask if he/she was anywhere near the location that the crime occurred at.
Once that is done, they are then required to ask the owner’s family and neighbors if the owner could possibly do anything like the crime reported. At that point they must close the investigation as unfounded.
No problem. Buy donuts elsewhere at places that open earlier.

I hope to God you are being sarcastic....
Business to avoid update.
I didn’t think I needed a sarc tag for that post, but yes, it’s sarcasm, however, more like the Babylon Bee style.
