These marginalizing methods have been employed by the C_A to destabilize other nations. Potus seems to be pulling all factions into a trap if you will. He's making them show their cards. The comparison in the meme is young people in the prime of life from the different generations, not asking 90 year olds to go out to work.

The meme pretty clearly makes a distinction between 20 year olds in `WWII and 20 year olds today.
