Rolling Thunder was B-52’s dropping 500 - 1,000 lb. bombs in large numbers on North Vietnam, overwhelming force vs. masses of people with relatively few arms. That would probably work with the rioters although you can count on the left to drag out one of their favorite phrases “not fair,” and the media to support it.
