The Texas Supreme Court has ruled that those having a lack of immunity to the coronavirus does not qualify as a physical disability, blocking the expansion of the right to vote by mail. Chief Justice Nathan Hecht, along with six other justices, ruled that contracting a disease is not a physical condition or disability, and if the criteria were expanded, the disability category would be rendered useless, the Houston Chronicle reported.

lack of immunity to the coronavirus does not qualify as a physical disability, “

So these scumbags tried to claim not being immune to the CCP Virus should count as a disability. Classic Alinsky. At this moment they rats have lawsuits in 16 states to force mail voting, third part ballot harvesting and post election votes counted.

In the State of Texas, to Vote by Mail, one must:

Be 65 or Older

Be Out if their County on Election Day.

Be Incarcerated but Otherwise Eligible to Vote.

Have a Disability. That Disability is Defined by the Voter. The Voter could be in a Wheelchair, Blind, Have a bad knee, Dyslexic of Have a Hangnail.

The Voter Decides if he I’d Disabled, not the Government.

In other words, anyone in Texas can Vote by Mail.

“Can they prove “lack of immunity”?

No. However, asthma, allergies, hangnails, sore toe, dyslexia, depression, headache, runny nose, sore throat, or a case of the sniffles, can be considered a ‘disability’ by the voter and they can request a Mail In Ballot.

The State or Texas does not define ‘disability’ and the Vote by Mail Application does not ask what type of disability the voter has.

The intent here is to not allow the mailing of a ballot to every name on the voting lists. It should be obvious to everyone that the voter lists are incredibly inaccurate listing people who have moved, died, etc. A shotgun mail-out of ballots is extremely unlikely to produce a fair election.

And is it not interesting that in almost every close election the extra or suddenly found votes (usually after the polls close) are responsible for swinging the election to the left?

Mail-in ballots have a place in an election if properly acquired and used. IMHO a ballot should be requested by mail by a voter and then returned in the mail. That way there is a paper trail.

It appears we agree.

My only point was that any Texas Voter can Vote by Mail.
