“Can they prove “lack of immunity”?

No. However, asthma, allergies, hangnails, sore toe, dyslexia, depression, headache, runny nose, sore throat, or a case of the sniffles, can be considered a ‘disability’ by the voter and they can request a Mail In Ballot.

The State or Texas does not define ‘disability’ and the Vote by Mail Application does not ask what type of disability the voter has.
