The rules say "be considerate" most of the Freepers are anything but, constantly hurling innuendo, names, and insults. But it's my fault or something like that so my threads get pulled without any explanation. And then the mods call me "thick". That's considerate?
I'm a rock solid conservative, retired, 24 year Army Vet, and still work for the Army. I'm a lifetime member of the VFW and NRA. I'm a 20 year contributor to FR and the mods wont even answer a question, but instead call me names and insult me.

This is very true. There is another “conservative” forum (if you can call it that), which I was on for a few years. The owner and mods suddenly began attacking those of us who were conservatives and Christians in favor of brown nosing the liberal trolls who regularly insulted us and spouted their nonsense. It wasn’t much fun anymore and hasn’t grown at all, just the same old names. Then I found FR and never once looked back.

I read the thread in question just now. It should have been pulled for numerous reasons. The mod was correct.
I restrict my use of newbie to people that have been aboard less than 6 months after me. 6/98
I haven’t HAD to do it recently BUT I can just ‘see’ the smoke pouring from the ears and eyebrows when someone who joined in 7/98 is called a newbie and figure what kind of profanity etc is being readied...
