Its just the flu, bro.
Learned a new phrase today - medical police state. That phrase doesnt seem to fit well with freedom and liberty.
I checked the internet after I heard Alan Dershowitz say it on Tucker Carlson - apparently mandatory vaccinations for everyone are legal if the state/government thinks they serve to protect people. This is another concept that doesnt seem to fit well with freedom and liberty.
It is definitely concerning that these anti-freedom concepts are in place. Especially because there doesnt seem to be any predefined minimum threshold that must be exceeded for the state to declare a medical emergency and take our freedom away. Essentially as long as politicians think it is OK to force the vaccination then it will be supported by the courts.
At least with the lockdowns we seem to be having some success with the courts as the 5th amendment seems to protect people/businesses from having their stuff taken without due process and just compensation.
Hopefully we can get a favorable Supreme Court ruling, if a case goes there, to help protect Americans freedom from the medical police state.

August 1 is the latest possible date the athletic directors in Texas are giving for football practices to be started, if the college football game schedule is to be kept. Governor Abbott says college football is going to happen, therefore August 1 is the date that I predict for most lockdown restrictions to go away. We will all essentially be saved by football.

Everything points to this event being concluded. But hang around. If he hasnt already low IQ koczak will be here momentarily with his snapshot of panic porn.
I hope so. My son is a college football coach.
Morning madam. Sent any hookers to piss boy? I believe he has been relatively silent.
Good morning. Medical police state. Great description of our current mess.
LOL.
Not possible when the poster is the biggest Covidiot.
Yes; Piss Boy has been absent on this thread for a week or two now. So sad. ;)
FYI - in Texas, the earliest that high schools can start two-a-days is around August 1. Only if you didnt have a spring game and practices. If you did (like most larger schools,) you cant start until around August 8. NCAA usually starts around August 1 as well.
Our governor (DeSantis) just opened schools, summer camps and recreation programs and daycares for Florida. Even our panicky Mayor of Jacksonville went along with it.
The whole question, of course, is whether the teachers union will let the teachers go back.
I find this power of the health emergency to override the Constitution to be quite concerning too.
I see you are still can not refute Data and facts.
May the odds be ever in your favor.
Fascinating! 98k deaths out of 330 Million! You’re a real numbers guy, aren’t ya?
Im glad you said that about Curry. I remember his early on response including threatening to condemn business who did not obey his royal orders. I dont trust him despite his recent performance
So what’s the deal with Fauci now saying that “closing for too long could cause irreparable damage”?
First we have to shut down until a vaccine is available.
Now we should open up.
First masks are bad.
Then masks are necessary.
First, the WuFlu is nothing to worry about.
Then it’s going to kill 2.2 million people.
First, the cootie lives on surfaces for 2 days, then 18 hours, then 10 minutes.
Now it really doesn’t live on surfaces much at all.
This David Portnoy had some interesting points:

Fauci is like the weatherman. Say anything and nobody expects you to be correct. Ever.
Maybe Trump told him to start telling the f**king truth or he’ll be exposed for dirty/questionable dealings, and investigations will be open.
I think he has his time in the limelight curtailed and got the point.
I dont trust Curry either. He has minor dictatorial aspirations, I think.
