Who knew 2+2=4 was a sign of privilege.
Whitey’s fault.
Reminds of my childhood when my sister, when losing a board game to me such as chess or checkers, would suddenly throw the pieces high into the air and storm out. The agony of defeat.
If they are biased why not just throw them out now? Why werent these thrown out 40 years ago when he left started bitching about these?
Heres the rule if you cant compete you dont belong
“The test is a proxy for privilege”

Who gives a damn, foreigner? It was our ancestors who built those universities, not yours.
Theft of a nation may be a virtue in your world, but not ours.
Q: Then why not pay for the "pricey" test prep?
A: Because they already know the answer.
The IQ ratings when allowed to be seen, usually also showed Asian, then White, and then Black. So the Left should harp on how Asians are racists instead of us. We’re just good old middle of the pack folks who don’t hurt anybody.
Since Math is inherently racist and Asians excel in it, they should be a target for that, too.
I thought after Obama’s election he declared us post racial.
New UC test:
What color are the red lights on a cop car?
Who’s buried in Grant’s tomb?
Did Epstein kill himself?
They’re going to make college like high school, where everything is dumbed down to the stupidest students.
I got accepted to UCSB only because I did well on the SATmy h.s. grads were city college level. I remember that we had a special assembly and were told that 1 out of 3 of us would not make it to graduation. Anyway, in spite of all expectations, I graduated in 4 years.
No doubt the fact that blacks/latinos don’t fare well on it is due to racism. But why do filipinos so well? Wait, why aren’t they counted as ‘Asian’?
Horse apples. Complete horse apples.
The test is a proxy for privilege, No, the test is a proxy for IQ. Every trick in the book has been tried to help blacks amd hispanics score higher. Nothing works. So now they’re playing their trump card: throw out all tests and admit students based on the latest fashion. Not that it really matters, not now that young men are avoiding college in droves.
As George Carlin once said, American education has been dumbed down so much, pretty soon all you’ll need to get into college is a f...ing pencil.
What a waste of time and money.
If they really cared, they would spend our tax money on subsidizing test prep for minorities, but that would end up proving something they don't want proved.
A woman I went out with years ago was a Radcliffe grad (which has since been absorbed by Harvard).A classmate of hers was a Vice Chancellor of Admissions at Harvard and told her once that were it not for Harvard’s various “affirmative action” policies the entire Freshman Class would consist of Asians and Jews.
So stupid. A gazillion years ago, I got into Berkeley and was awarded a scholarship because of the SAT. No SAT = no objective standard = the liberals on the admissions committee get to admit whomever and whatever privileged class(es) they like. There’s simply no way that I as a white, male, able-bodied, heterosexual, Christian non-donor would have ever been admitted.
Math and English are racist.
Not that I would EVER attend college in California, BUT - this Liberal cr@p just makes my blood boil! And now that colleges in CA are doing it, you can bet all other LibTard, USELESS, Liberal Arts colleges will follow suit. Grrrr!
I finished HS in THREE years - I had taken every class I needed for a well-rounded education, for the credits that were required, plus advanced classes and private study/extra credit courses. My Guidance Counselor told me I had more additional credits toward graduation that she had ever seen before...even more than the ‘smart’ kids, LOL!
I had a full scholarship to a Lutheran college, but instead joined the Army because Carter was Prez and civilian life during those years absolutely SUCKED. No jobs, inflation through the ROOF, no jobs, no gasoline, no jobs, Americans HELD HOSTAGE by IRAN...did I mention no jobs? The Army paid for a lot of my college education. Thanks, Taxpayers! :)
Those of us - and I know there are plenty of others here - that sacrificed and worked our way through our college years really resent all of this favoritism and this IMAGINARY ‘leveling of the playing field.’
In the end, it really doesn’t matter, though. I think people that set goals and work hard turn out to be better for it in the long run and are invaluable to employers during our Wage Slave Years. “Mr. Employer? You need FIVE things done today? Give me FIVE more, just to make it slightly challenging!” LOL! ;)
