good plan, the formerly French citizens will need to be able to communicate with their new slave owners. Certainly would not expect the mooselimbs to learn French.
I remember when France was very upset about the debauchery of their language and culture when young French people would go to a McDonald’s in Paris and order “le hamburger”.
But now they bow down before their new masters and learn Arabic like good little dhimmis.
The DNC wants all our grandkids to speak Arabic or Spanish.
After all those years of scrubbing the French language of all foreign words and influences to keep their language wholly French. Now they cater to their army of occupation.
But Franglais is still a cultural crime.
And so it begins. The end of western culture in Europe... or Eurabia.

Even when I went to school back in the dark ages Mexican was required for every 8th grade student. And while other languages were available in high school, you still had to take at least another semester of Mexican there.
I suspect there is similar protocol in every southwestern state.
This could backfire on their Moslem masters. Once a kid can read first hand what the enemy is actually saying to his own people he is going to notice all the lies they tell.

One good effect of that will be that migrants won’t be able to talk trash about people without running the risk of those people understanding them. They also won’t be able to play the language barrier card and bring everything to a screeching halt when standing at the head of a very long queue. There are benefits.
Soon it will be mandatory. Soon thereafter, French will be taught only as a second language offering.

In 30 years French will be banned and Arabic will be mandatory.
My first thought was that this is catering to the muzzies. It might still be, but perhaps it could, in the end, help with detection of terrorism. Depending on how many years of Arabic are taught, and to what extent it is taught, this could be used as a stepping-stone to entice students to pursue careers in the military, law enforcement, or intelligence. One can hope anyway. In this day and age, it certainly doesn’t hurt to know how to read, write or speak Arabic...as long as they don’t push the the muzzie culture or religion on these kids.
It’ll help the Frogs to better communicate with their new masters once the moslem takeover is complete.
Of course, the international language of business is ENGLISH.
Why not learn worm-writing hate-filled language, lots of use for it when being a “leader” in the world.
But then again, the french gave up early in the last two wars, so they are just jumping to surrender.
The French Foreign Legion troops are tough men, but they are “foreigners,” you see, it is beneath a frenchman to die on foreign soil, but dying on french soil is something to hope for. . .the muslims will accommodate that attitude.
