Mark Levin lost his veloved little dog , Barney , today . He is broken hearted. Pray for them .
I wouldnt go so far as issues. But every dog and cat,and horse, and mule have been special to me. I have 3 grand daughters that have dogs and cats, each animal and grandchilds are welcome 24/7. They show up and we got new games to play. I have never had an animal betray me. Had a horse or two wanting his way but the pecking order got established and things got sorted out. Its easier sorting out the pecking order with the wife, than the animals. I spend to much time try to get in charge. Forget about it. 47 tears didnt work. I got $10 says one more wont work either.
That's all I have to say....
I stopped listening to him for the same reason. Unfortunately, both Sirius satellite radio and our local AM station carry his show at the same time during the afternoon, so when Mark Levin comes on, I switch to music or listen to a book on CD. No way am I going to listen to Levin's Never-Trump BS!
It's odd and disturbing. I've never encountered anyone like her, though, so I figure she is one of a kind when it comes to her pets...she seems normal otherwise.
I could bore you with examples, but just yesterday, she told me she was a helicopter parent in reference to her cat. Anyone listening to her conversations and not aware it was a cat she is talking about/referring to would think it is a human.
I won't even get into what happened when she thought her cat was lost one week ago.
Such sad news
Thanks for posting
extreme examples don’t invalidate the norm.
The loss of a pet is tougher than you would think. RIP Barney, your owners miss very much. You brought them so much joy.
This thread has gone sideways in a way I don’t ever remember threads on this site ever going sideways.
His defense of Trump since inauguration day has been magnificent, particularly with Spygate and his handling of Mike Flynn has been first rate.
I find people who smugly dismiss others even after they have changed are the ones who are truly offensive. Dismissive, arrogant, ugly and intolerant - you embody exactly how the democrats describe our side.
Your hate is your loss.
How do you mean ?
A cat or dog from a shelter doesn’t cost anything, children can cost tens of thousands.
You really need to calm down. As if children are the best thing in the world? LOL
I mean for some sure, but what of people who have raised their kids already and love their dog or cat like another kid? So what? What does it matter to you, nut job.
Personally, my best friends are trees. Except for invasive trees, such as Tree of Heaven and Norway Maple. The invasive trees ... I love to kill them.
What magnifies the pain is that he lost both of his parents not long ago. I lost my women a year ago and I still can’t accept it.
I have a Belgian Shepherd Malinois , which I’ve had since she came from the litter. I would give anything to have her forever, as long as I live , but I won’t . She us now 16.5 yrs old, healthy for her age but going down hill just from advanced age . When she’s gone I will cremate her and keep her ashes. When I’m gone I will leave instructions for us to be scattered together in a place we live and go together often. A high mountain. Very special. Makes such plans that honor your best friend. Some dogs are more than ‘dogs’....
and burn them I hope. fire good, managed landscape better.
We lasted a whole 17 days after our Sadie died before we got another dog. We just couldn’t bear coming home to an empty house, no wagging tail greeting us at the door.
Levin’s Obamagate timeline, plus interview with Mollie Hemingway of The Federalist. final segment seems to be missing, but this is the best I could find::
