I ordered systane from Amazon for dry eyes and that hasn’t helped.
So tell me what is wrong with it.

I havent tried the golden milk recipe yet.
I put some blueberry instant oatmeal in a bowl. Heated the water in a pan. Put the black seed oil in the bowl. Put water in the bowel. stirred. It was like soup I guess because it wasnt cooked in the microwave
It was okay. Better than taking it just from a spoon.

assuming your eye is your only symptomatic issue, you need to get to an ophthalmologist pronto! seriously.
Your eye problem sounds like you may have conjunctivitis aka “pink eye.” You should probably see a doctor, or perhaps your pharmacist can give you the right kind of drops.
Regular eye drops for dry eye will not do.
