About 3 years ago I saw something in the sky that defied explanation. I saw a white/reflective cylinder moving through the sky. It almost looked like a fuselage without wings or a tail. It seemed a bit higher than than most airplanes and appeared to be moving at airplane speed. After it moved across my field of vision, it STOPPED. It appeared to hover a minute or two, then began slowly ROTATING (still parallel to the ground, sort of like a propeller)! It stopped rotating, then decreased altitude —just dropped while still “flat” in the sky. It then rose again and I lost it in clouds.
