I’m guessing just like Trayvon and Michael Brown - “The Jogger” was stoned to the bone on Purple drank or whatever the current mind bleeping drug/alcohol cocktail is popular in the lower cultures these days.
The doer worked as an investigator in the prosecutors office for like 30 years. Probably hard to find one who didn’t know him.
Actually we probably know 80% of it. But refuse to acknowledge the facts because then we might get called racist. And can’t have that.
