I’m guessing just like Trayvon and Michael Brown - “The Jogger” was stoned to the bone on Purple drank or whatever the current mind bleeping drug/alcohol cocktail is popular in the lower cultures these days.
I have little doubt the deceased was ... a problematic individual.
Issue is the legal justification for confronting him, with deadly weapons at the ready, on a public street while having no immediate knowledge of criminal guilt.
There’s a critical difference in this vs Zimmerman, but memory of details then is fuzzy.
