what is the meaning of “the attorney that signed”? Is that someone on Sidney Powell’s staff? on the court’s staff? Other?
I think he has Justice Roberts disease. This case should have been tossed by the judge but he doesn’t want to be criticized by the MSM. Actually it should have been tossed by the judge long ago
If he agrees to dismiss, he is admitting the case doesn’t have merit, which was obvious forever. I mean were the latest docs that earth shattering? DOJ has been hiding the ball in plain sight, everybody knows this case is crooked.
Seriously, every case that I know of where the prosecution had anyone, no matter how inconsequential removed for misconduct, the whole case was canned.
The biggest scandal was Flynn’s former law firm. They screwed him and were happy sending him to jail, and, he paid them to do it. He would have been better off with a public defender
She underestimated his time requirement to. He screwed up on some of the earlier rulings so he’s taking his time.
DOJ Attorney I’d was for Jessie Liu. It’s a technical glitch on the filing. It will probably be fixed before Judge Sullivan acts on the motion.
That’s simply a typo.
The secretary responsible for typing up the document copies the heading and footers from a prior document in the file. It would be easy to overlook the fact that she needed to change the attorney number.
Does he have to issue an opinion on all the open items?
Can he accept the dismissal but require further hearings on the prosecution misconduct?

I’ll find it even funnier when Judge Sullivan hammers the prosecutors who lied to him, who withheld Brady material, who ignored two of Judge Sullivan’s orders produce all the Brady material they had, and in both cases prosecutor Van Grack lied to the judge about it. That’s all public knowledge now, thus Judge Sullivan has been made a fool of by the now former Flynn prosecutors. And if Sullivan doesn’t bring down the hammer on those former prosecutors he will be seen as a fool by his colleagues on the bench and by the public in general, and he knows it. He also knows it would set a very bad precendent to allow DoJ prosecutors to committ felonies in his court and on his court. Judge Sullivan has no choice but to bring down the Hammer of Thor on the scumbag former prosecutors.

The PROSECUTION dropped the case. The "other side" is Flynn.
If the DOJ drops the case, the judge would need someone else to prosecute. There is NO such animal.

Obozo’s “private call” to former members of his team was intentionally leaked (”planted”) in the media as a way to communicate to Clinton-appointed Judge. Obozo can’t pick up the phone and call him - it would be worse than his AG Loretta Lynch’s tarmac meeting with BJ Clinton.
Remind you, obozo did this prior to CJ ROberts switch when he made a public statement that the Court needs to be very careful about overturning legislation. Remember I said this if Judge rejects the DOJ’s dropping of the charges.
