Damn right. Remember the Ted Stevens case in 2009. Same judge. Not much has changed in DOJ. Changing 302s, brady violations, lies, whistleblowers. Jurors disappearing.
Judge Sullivan not only admonished prosecution but hired independent atty to investigate. He didnt trust DOJ to investigate.
