what is the hold up?
Judge Sullivan not only admonished prosecution but hired independent atty to investigate. He didnt trust DOJ to investigate.
Took a week when Holder dropped charges against Stevens. Same judge in 2009.
Jesse Liu. Do I recall that name as a person who could not be trusted and was moved to a new position? Just another mistake by the DOJ or sabotage of the effort to get the Flynn case thrown out?
Maybe it’ll happen on Friday. Things seem to happen on Fridays.
I don’t think so. I don’t think Barr releases and unclassifies all this evidence for all of America to see and then he’s not going to prosecute? You can believe that all you want but Barr and Durham seem to be on a crusade to see justice done. Just two weeks ago Durham expanded his staff again and now there’s another prosecutor from St. Louis who did the work on the Flynn case and Barr says he’s going to put him to work on a few more issues. I don’t see how all this adds up to not prosecuting. I think you’re just a total cynic who cannot take yes for an answer.

It’s been DAYS since the DOJ filed a Motion to Dismiss in the case of @GenFlynn, and for some reason, Judge Sullivan hasn’t responded to it yet...AT ALL. Why not? Make some noise here, folks. Why hasn’t the judge responded? #FreeGeneralFlynn ENOUGH already!
