Its just the flu, bro.
Its good too see from our poll yesterday, and also from reading other threads, that a large percentage of Freepers have come around to the Flubro mindset.
Some things of interest to Flubros:
1. Is Kozak going to post less than 1000 supposedly died of CV yesterday (a new low). Numbers are low on Sunday relative to Monday but this is still a good thing that deaths attributed to CV are falling.
2. What will be the first the state to say no restrictions whatsoever? Is there any state now (dont think so but not sure) that has no restrictions. Is there any state with close to no restrictions? Is there any state where the people can worship God as they want to? Is there any state that allows restaurants to make a profit like they used to? Is there any state government unafraid to have children attend school?
There are simple problems with some things.
1. ALL churches are part of “the game”. To operate, they have been required to get operational permission from the State /from the start of their modest beginnings/. Somewhere, there is a tax exemption allowing them to operate as a church. Therefore, the State CAN control their meeting agenda and their “safety practices” for the public.
In sum, they are screwed and MUST follow the State’s orders going forward. The local “churches” gave up their 1A rights (free exercise) when they signed the exemption.
2. That does NOT mean, however, that the INDIVIDUALS who attend church can be enjoined from gathering and freely exercising their religious beliefs in any manner they deem appropriate in any place of public accommodation/gathering.
The State cannot block the doors of the church from the members of the congregation without violating 1A. The only restriction is that the administration of the local church cannot announce or advertise any upcoming services.
Flash mob texts among the members is the plan.
:: if people act like idiots ::
You keep using that word.
I don’t it means what you think it means.

Unnecessary Flattening the curve techniques make it more likely that more seniors will die over the next year, and it will cause more economic hardship. A herd immunity based on primarily the healthy getting exposed to CV seems like the best way to ensure a lower death count.
Hes not acting.
The insurance industry is all in on legislation to avoid business liability for flu transmission...
Serious questions, Gonads:
Have you stayed home, worn a mask, washed your hands and properly avoided all persons in range when you took the chance to go out?
If you are confident you followed all the safety rules, did you catch the Rona virus?
If you didn’t catch the virus because of your prophylactic practices, are you confident that you would test negative for the Rona?
If you test negative for the Rona, are you afraid that you might acquire it sometime in the future and become sick?
Will this fear cause you to continue your prophylactic practices until your death or until you test positive?
If you test positive in the future, what will be your after-action assessment of your prophylactic practices; were they effective and should you continue them?
“We’ve pointed out at least 2 past cases to you here where the flu has actually killed MORE people than COVID-19.”
That would be Hong Kong flu in 1969 and Asian flu in 1957.
Interestingly, here is some evidence that Covid is worse than the Hong Kong flu, from comparison with Italy.
The first season analyzed was the 1969-70 pandemic season. In Italy, as in other European countries,[8] the pandemic season was more destructive in the second season of circulation of influenza A (H3N2) virus (i.e., in 1969-70), 1 year after the pandemic strain was first introduced to Italy.[25,26,27] The pandemic season seems to have had a greater effect in Italy; excess mortality rates were estimated to be 38 (20,000 deaths) for P&I
So the 1969-70 Hong Kong flu killed 20,000 in Italy but Covid19 has killed 30,560 in Italy already (in 8 weeks no a whole year).
The population of Italy in 1970 was about 53mm versus 60mm now so even adjusting for population growth Covid19 is more deadly. And, if Italy had not locked down, done millions of tests, etc, Covid19 would be worse.
see the fourth page of this article, published in the journal Emerging Infectious Diseases. “AC” stands for “All Cause” FYI.

I think the published research is more reliable than the opinions of “2 emergency room doctors”, Swiss Propaganda Research, and the other nonsense that is circulating.
Then businesses will have 2 options, never re-open or assume a Nazi stance for employees and customers (which will drive customers away.
Law enforcement has a duty to investigate all felony reports and hand over same to the DA. They don’t get to decide frivolity.
Lawfare warfare
Thanks
So can you give us your treatise on the advance of communism in the Eastern-bloc countries as it impacted the Balkan countries?
You know, cause they aren’t the US.
Like Italy in your COVID mash-up.
IIRC South Dakota and Nebraska have not had any restrictions...
Why limit your data to Italy you moron? If you widen you data set to the entire world the Hong Kong flu killed 1-4 million at at a time when the global population was roughly half what it is today while CV19 has managed a whopping ~280k deaths.
Idiot.
Don’t be so trusting of Leftitsts.
The virus is just a cover for conducting a general strike. The end goal to destroy DJT and capitalism.
It’s not more complex than that.
Saw masks for sale at the gas station yesterday...$6.99 for a five pack & $19.99 for twenty...guy told me hes sold a couple of 5 packs, no 20s and everybody asks if they can just buy one...
They are merchandised between the lottery scratch tickets and the dope smoking pipes...to which Ill let you draw your own conclusions...
I live in North Dakota. I’m retired but work part-time as a bartender. We opened the bar on May 1 to full service. We have been packed with people. Our restaurants, stores and malls are open too. There are some people who like to wear masks and stay home. Good for them, that is their choice, no problem. The majority of people just want to get out and on with life.
Lol, it’s good to see you bow down to your superior flu-bros and stick your head in your ass.
Ever had a pet rattlesnake? Me neither.
+1
Fearpers are not looking at the data, math and science.
They are standing on their moral high ground, no matter how conceited it is, to quench their thirst for relevancy and self validation.
The data was known two weeks in and at a month any 5th grader could do the math and see the response strategy was no longer necessary
It is now time to treat this like we do other virus and colds: “Say it, dont spray it, wash your hands and stay home if you are sick.”
The elderly are susceptible to any number of things and maybe this virus is more virulent than others. I cant say yet.
However, I am left with the question of why is the flu season so off this year?
For the same reason we dont know exactly how many have CCP-19 or who they are: We dont test everybody for everything.
You cant.
A doctor sees symptoms present themselves and makes his diagnosis.
If he didnt know there was a CCP-19 to test for and have the ability to test and a reason, he couldnt say anything other than They got the flu
Now that we have the ability to test for a specific virus, CCP-19, are the number of flu infections, symptoms and deaths now being attributed to CCP-19?
I think so.
Our Baptist church in TN opened two weeks ago with a few modifications, but basically back to normal.
May I have the info on that?
Thnx in advance
